What you will do
- Provide quality technical & business service delivery for clients.
- Manage project delivery of hirify.global solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met on time.
- Participate in customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Support business and operational development initiatives.
- Document client business rules, requirements, and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in account and project management.
- Effective communication skills across teams with both technical and non-technical people.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel and other analytical tools.
- Background working with data as an analyst, consultant, or in a client management capacity.
