Technical Engagement Manager (AI / SaaS)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan and company equity plan.

What you will do

• Manage delivery of hirify.global solutions for Fortune 1000 insurance carriers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Oversee project timelines, provide status updates, and escalate project risks to clients and delivery teams.
• Lead day-to-day operational coordination with delivery teams and support senior TEMs on top-tier accounts.
• Participate in client-facing calls, demonstrations, and presentations while advocating for client needs.
• Document client business rules, requirements, and processes and ensure correct platform configuration.
• Support client renewals, expansions, and other business and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management and project management, with a record of delivering solutions against external client deadlines.
• Experience working with data as an analyst, consultant, or client manager.
• Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Ability to balance client needs with budget and capacity and communicate complex problems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, process orientation, self-motivation, and service focus.
• Must be based in the United States; sponsorship may be available for candidates currently in the U.S. who need to transfer an active visa.
