Lead Partner Delivery Assurance Manager (SaaS)

Location: PR, United States; travel up to 25% required

Salary: $68,200–$98,000 base pay annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global on partner-delivered projects and participate in steering committees with executive-level communication.
• Run project check-ins, validate delivery metrics, manage escalations, and ensure accountability for results.
• Oversee go-live readiness, product support engagement, scope and budget management, and change requests.
• Collaborate with partners on accurate go-live forecasting and keep go-live pushes below 10%.
• Support partner enablement, certifications, health reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Improve portfolio data, partner programs, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage programs across different delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, escalation-management, and business decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
