Senior Operations Specialist, Enterprise

What you will do

• Own operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including programs, workflows, SLAs, stakeholders, and requirements.
• Deliver high-touch execution across executive onboarding, bespoke fulfillment, complex requests, and custom workflows.
• Lead multi-site deployments, refresh cycles, retrievals, and other large-scale enterprise programs from start to finish.
• Monitor operational health, identify risks and recurring issues, and drive escalations through resolution.
• Own reporting on SLA performance, fulfillment health, exceptions, and program execution, turning data into actions.
• Coordinate Enterprise, Account Management, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Supply Chain, Product, vendors, warehouses, and 3PL partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, account operations, customer success, program management, or a related function.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, IT, SaaS, or another operationally complex environment.
• Experience owning strategic or enterprise customer relationships and coordinating complex programs across teams, partners, or geographies.
• Strong experience managing SLAs, escalations, exceptions, and customer-impacting operational issues end to end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, data fluency, attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large enterprise customers with complex or customized operating requirements.
• Experience presenting to VP, COO, or executive-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Sigma, ERP, ticketing, or similar operational reporting systems.
• Background in IT asset management, device lifecycle management, procurement, or global logistics.
• Experience across multiple countries, vendors, warehouses, or 3PL networks.
