Project Associate

What you will do

• Oversee Aptura and Capital renovation and new construction projects ranging from $15K to $1M, managing scope, timelines, budgets, service requirements, and profitability.
• Create customer quotes and proposals by coordinating pricing, freight, logistics, and installation estimates.
• Coordinate order execution, placement, shipment, and delivery communication with customers and project stakeholders.
• Manage fulfillment changes and project risks while protecting timelines, budgets, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Capital Sales, Aptura Project Managers, Designers, Operational Support, vendors, and other cross-functional partners.
• Participate in customer visits and calls, capture customer selections, support project closeout, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or customer-facing roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ability to identify and mitigate large-scale project risks while balancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication, organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems creatively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Ability to learn new software and tools for order placement and project collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with technology, automation, AI tools, or process improvement methodologies.
• Project Management certification.
