Deployment Project Manager (Data Centers) - Operations & Controls

Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid work environment with travel required

What you will do

• Manage the scope, schedule, and execution of BMS, DCIM, and EPMS vendors across data center construction projects.
• Develop scopes of work for controls and site improvement projects.
• Coordinate deliverables, requirements, and timelines across vendors, engineering teams, construction partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and report progress to Operations Systems and Construction leadership.
• Support procurement through RFP development, RFIs, vendor evaluations, and purchase order issuance.
• Oversee controls commissioning, site visits, installation quality, vendor compliance, budgets, and alignment with design requirements and applicable codes such as NEC.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in controls or electrical construction project management.
• At least 5 years of experience working with controls systems in critical environments such as data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, or power.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, competing priorities, project budgets, and timelines.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and project management tool skills.
