Regional Project Director (Data Centre)

Location: Hybrid in Antwerp-Haven, Belgium

What you will do

• Lead the safe execution of all phases of large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects.
• Own technical and commercial delivery, project scope, budgets, deadlines, and commercial return targets.
• Develop and implement project execution, construction, procurement, and contracting strategies.
• Coordinate design across engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Manage project quality planning, compliance tracking, risk assessment, and statutory requirements.
• Identify resource needs, prepare internal project reports, and provide project sponsor support.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical and/or data center construction projects.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience and proven management of multi-disciplinary construction teams.
• Bachelor’s or primary honours degree in engineering, construction, science, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in project management and registration with a recognized project management professional body.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines, commercial management, project planning, and budget control.
• Experience delivering multiple projects and the capability to work in a project sponsor role.
