What you will do

• Drive projects from design through delivery while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and service expectations.
• Coordinate design changes with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Manage quoting, approvals, procurement, budget tracking, and project documentation using OnePlan and SharePoint.
• Coordinate FF&E installation logistics, punch-list completion, and project closeout.
• Administer accurate billing in line with client agreements and service provider contracts.
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, client outcomes, and project profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, design, or procurement.
• Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and scopes.
• Expertise in procurement, budget management, and installation logistics.
• Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 30%.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Advanced knowledge of senior living environments, furnishings, foodservice, equipment, and flooring.
