General Manager (Electric Mobility)

Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain; Workplace: Hybrid

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 base salary per year plus bonus

hirify.global builds electric bikes and fleet management software to transition commercial urban travel to light electric vehicles and support sustainable last-mile delivery.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance of the Spanish market, including operational excellence, growth, customer experience, unit economics, and P&L outcomes.
• Drive local growth through pricing, offers, channels, partnerships, and measured experimentation.
• Stabilize and scale workshop, retail, fleet logistics, and B2B servicing operations while maintaining process discipline and cost control.
• Hire, coach, and performance-manage frontline teams while developing local leadership depth.
• Lead safety programs, operating cadence, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control decisions.
• Coordinate vendors, facilities, contracts, and operational administration while partnering with central functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing frontline operations in a fast-paced physical environment such as last-mile, mobility, retail operations, field services, or logistics.
• Demonstrated success improving throughput, quality, cost, availability, or customer metrics through hands-on leadership and process discipline.
• Experience hiring and leading frontline teams, managing performance, and developing junior leaders.
• Entrepreneurial, high-ownership approach with experience operating in ambiguous, decentralized, international, or scale-up environments.
• Experience running experiments, measuring impact, and switching between operational detail and business planning.
• Basic P&L experience, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue and cost management, and operational administration.

Nice to have

• Experience in a transformation environment with limited structure.
• Experience across workshop, retail, fleet, mobility, field services, or last-mile delivery operations.
