What you will do

• Define and execute the commercial operations strategy for the wind business at national and international levels.
• Oversee complex bids and proposals, coordinating planning, technical scope, commercial terms, and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead negotiations with strategic clients and optimize commercial execution processes.
• Monitor conversion rates, backlog, profitability, forecasts, margins, timelines, costs, and service levels.
• Coordinate sales, PMO, engineering, supply chain, production, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and client stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate commercial, operational, regulatory, logistical, and environmental risks while ensuring safety and sustainability compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English at C1 level is required.
• Experience coordinating commercial operations and project development activities in the wind sector.
• Ability to manage complex bids, strategic negotiations, performance metrics, and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of commercial, operational, regulatory, logistical, safety, sustainability, and ESG requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or Commercial Management.
• MBA.
