Director Commercial Operations (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Define and execute the commercial operations strategy for the wind business at national and international levels.
• Oversee the preparation of complex bids, coordinating technical scope and commercial terms with engineering, finance, legal, and procurement.
• Manage key negotiations with strategic clients and optimize commercial execution processes.
• Monitor critical performance indicators, including conversion rates, backlog, profitability, forecasts, and margins.
• Lead internal coordination and communication between sales, PMO, supply chain, and production teams.
• Assess and mitigate commercial, operational, regulatory, and environmental risks, ensuring compliance with ESG criteria.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Commercial Management, or an MBA.
