What you will do

  • Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage daily customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth order-to-cash flow.
  • Support the onboarding of new customer accounts according to defined internal procedures.
  • Monitor order blocks and routine pricing issues, escalating non-standard cases to senior management.
  • Update performance metrics and support data validation for backlog and customer reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Fluent English proficiency is essential.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle routine problem-solving and maintain high accuracy in documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Good Mandarin language skills.
