What you will do

  • Manage key accounts and export sales processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Develop and implement service quality processes to enhance overall customer service operations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity and identify new sales potential.
  • Actively promote products through up-selling and provide guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and meet delivery schedules.
  • Analyze customer feedback and present actionable insights to the Commercial Director and Marketing Head.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
  • Competency in using Accounting ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
