What you will do
- Manage key accounts and export sales processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Develop and implement service quality processes to enhance overall customer service operations.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity and identify new sales potential.
- Actively promote products through up-selling and provide guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and meet delivery schedules.
- Analyze customer feedback and present actionable insights to the Commercial Director and Marketing Head.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Competency in using Accounting ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work onsite in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya.
