Business Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead internal process-change projects for post-sales Services, Support, and Business Partner organizations.
• Manage projects end to end, from discovery and business requirements through planning, implementation, and rollout.
• Interview stakeholders, analyze business processes, and recommend best-practice solutions for operational challenges.
• Use company data, BI reports, and AI tools to support process discovery and generate business insights.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve operational issues and define system improvements.
• Lead process adoption through workshops, user acceptance testing, and training.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial and Management Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a global multinational software environment.
• Experience leading discovery, solution definition, implementation, business analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience writing business requirements documents and working with corporate applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI tools.
• Experience working closely with IT, managing multiple initiatives in parallel, and operating in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, negotiation, and coalition-building skills.
