What you will do

• Lead end-to-end internal process-change projects from requirement definition through implementation.
• Conduct discovery phases and stakeholder interviews to identify best-practice business processes.
• Utilize data, BI reports, and AI tools to generate actionable operational insights.
• Manage operational issues and support requests related to post-sales processes and systems.
• Coordinate process rollouts including training, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering or similar field required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a global software environment.
• Strong background in business analysis and writing business requirement documents.
• Hands-on experience with corporate applications such as SFDC, ServiceNow, and AI tools.
• Proven track record in matrix management and leading multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
