TL;DR
Senior Project Manager (AI) (Agile project delivery): Defining client requirements, actionable roadmaps, and project execution for digital products and platforms with an accent on stakeholder alignment, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on leading Scrum ceremonies, managing delivery risks and scope changes, and coordinating multiple fast-paced teams across client engagements.
Location: Latin America, preferably aligned with ET or PT working hours. Candidates in Santiago, Chile can work from the Santiago office in a hybrid/remote arrangement; candidates outside Santiago, Chile work fully remotely.

What you will do
- Translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
- Lead workshops and meetings covering requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies and act as a Scrum Master when needed.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and scope changes with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and delivery teams, maintaining engagement and communicating progress.
- Build collaborative team environments and monitor team morale while supporting value delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in web or mobile development.
- Experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, planning, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and drive project alignment.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Agile certification such as CSM or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery, or the Atlassian suite.
- Understanding of mobile apps, Connected TV platforms, OTT services, web, and digital media technologies.
- Strong facilitation and workshop skills.
