What you will do

• Lead two multidisciplinary product development teams including data scientists, developers, and architects.
• Oversee the delivery of software projects with full ownership of scope, timelines, budget, risk, and KPIs.
• Direct a dedicated Agentic AI product stream to integrate advanced AI capabilities into the SitaWare Insight platform.
• Manage people leadership duties, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and professional development.
• Drive planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement within an agile Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related IT field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex agile software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of developers and AI/ML specialists.
• Must be eligible for security clearance: lived in a NATO/EU country for the last 7 years and have a clean criminal record.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a structured, delivery-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Professional background in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Project management certifications such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA C/D.
