Senior Procurement Lead (Pharmaceuticals Construction)

Location: Remote, with listed locations in the United States and Vancouver, Canada

Salary: $108,000–$145,067 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Develop and manage equipment sourcing strategies from supplier identification through on-site material delivery, including order expediting.
• Lead procurement decisions, evaluate bids and quotations, and recommend awards based on market expertise and overall value.
• Gather commodity and product market intelligence covering pricing, industry capacity, and supplier strategies.
• Develop statements of work, performance terms, service-level agreements, and contracts in partnership with legal and finance teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure continuity of supply, and lead risk mitigation activities.
• Improve procurement processes, maintain compliance with applicable laws and approval procedures, and drive supply chain innovation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of procurement experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience in construction within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors, or an EPC background in oil and gas.
• Degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• CIPS certification or active progress toward completing it.
• Strong problem-solving, commercial, communication, and relationship-building skills.
