What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end purchase order execution within the ERP system, ensuring financial and logistical accuracy.
  • Resolve supplier issues, including backorders, damaged goods, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Coordinate Tier 1 Emergency Requisitions from end-to-end to secure expedited delivery.
  • Partner with Sourcing and Data Integrity teams to guarantee contract compliance and prompt order confirmations.
  • Perform PO reconciliations and monitor financial thresholds to track funding depletion.
  • Provide first-tier operational support for internal supply chain users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of procurement experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid schedule (4 days/week on-site).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports related to PO Management.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a healthcare industry or City agency setting.
  • Experience with Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) product suites.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
