Contract Senior Recruiter (Healthtech)

Location: Remote, U.S. based; New York, NY or remote. Full-time commitment required.

Compensation: $50–$65 per hour. Contract expected to start around September 9, 2026 and continue through early December 2026, subject to change.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume pharmacy and member support roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build candidate profiles, and establish interview strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, the People team, and IT to support alignment and seamless onboarding.
• Maintain organized recruiting processes and use metrics to monitor progress toward goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a startup environment.
• Proven success with high-volume hiring; clinical or customer/member support recruiting experience is preferred.
• Strong process orientation and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfort using data and recruiting metrics to support decision-making and track progress.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in healthtech or healthcare services.
