What you will do
- Recruit licensed mental health providers for specified roles and geographic areas.
- Manage the recruitment process from outreach through provider evaluation.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates for clinical provider positions.
- Schedule interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for providers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in clinical recruitment within the healthcare industry.
- Experience recruiting mental health therapists is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent phone presence.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills with a proven record of success.
- Proficiency with recruitment technology, CRM, customer service, and/or HR platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lever.
- Background recruiting behavioral health professionals.
