Client Executive, Human Capital Risk- CAC

Location: Remote US

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity and benefits. Actual salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and the full client service experience across a diverse book of business.
• Participate in strategies covering human capital, employee benefits, compliance, change management, and communications.
• Project-manage client service plans, timelines, deliverables, and service issue resolution.
• Support employee benefits renewals and vendor sourcing, including RFP preparation, data organization, quote analysis, and implementation.
• Coordinate client deliverables, communication strategies, plan changes, and compliance activities.
• Help improve service processes, mentor client service team members, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.
• Minimum 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process-oriented skills.
• Self-motivated approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
