Regional Manager, Physical Inventory - North Carolina Distribution Center

Location: On-site at the North Carolina Distribution Center, 473 Punch Loop Road, Conover, North Carolina, USA. Travel of up to 25% is required for inventory support and site leadership.

What you will do

• Design and lead inventory management strategies across distribution centers, retail stores, and hubs.
• Own the annual physical inventory calendar, including planning, execution, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Lead inventory specialists and site-level inventory leads through training and operational guidance.
• Implement standardized inventory controls, SOPs, audits, and discrepancy-resolution plans.
• Partner with Finance, Logistics, Store Operations, IT, and Merchandising to maintain data integrity.
• Develop inventory reports and dashboards and present trends, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive inventory management experience, including at least 2 years leading multi-site inventory.
• Experience managing large-scale physical inventories and implementing inventory control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Expertise with ERP and WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site at the North Carolina Distribution Center and travel up to 25%.
