Manager, Warehouse

What you will do

• Manage on-site and off-site warehouse operations, including inventory control, distribution, shipping, and receiving.
• Oversee salaried shift supervisors across three shifts.
• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations and optimize the flow of goods and materials.
• Manage inventory control programs across all material types, ensuring accuracy and supporting inventory reduction.
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor safety metrics, shipping quality complaints, and on-time shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience required.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, material movement, safety practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead, coach, develop, and assess employees across shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, peers, subordinates, and diverse roles.
• Availability outside normal work hours and ability to cover supervisory absences or vacancies on any shift.

Nice to have

• 2–5 years of leadership experience.
• APICS CPIM certification.
