Location: Nottingham, Maryland, United States; on-site at the Baltimore Distribution Center in Baltimore, Maryland
Salary: $24–$28 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay

What you will do
- Monitor daily distribution and logistics activities to identify discrepancies and workflow gaps.
- Conduct audits and inspections covering inventory controls, logistics procedures, regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate quality and compliance documentation and prepare reports.
- Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to quality system performance across the distribution and supply chain environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Five years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations, including shipping, picking, packing or loading, receiving, or stocking; transferable experience may be considered.
- Working knowledge of warehouse shipping processes and SAP, including delivery creation, order monitoring, and inventory transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and up to 70 pounds periodically with assistance, perform extended physical activities, and work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work on-site at the Baltimore Distribution Center in Maryland, United States.
Nice to have
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Daily 5S, continuous improvement, Business System, or similar KPI-driven operating processes.
