Inventory Controls Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain records of inventory receipts, transfers, disposals, and other movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and support the annual physical inventory for raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, trends, and root causes.
• Perform inventory and cost analysis to improve inventory turns and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and collaborate within the production operations department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or management is preferred.
• Three years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, production, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of inventory control principles, including Kanban.
• Ability to work on-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States.
