Business Analyst - Salesforce

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office at Addison, Texas; Bellevue, Washington; Durham, North Carolina; Emeryville, California; or Reston, Virginia.

Annual base salary: $100,000–$155,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Gather, document, maintain, and refine requirements for Salesforce projects and system enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Partner, Marketing, Commercial Ops, and Finance to align requirements with business and technology strategy.
• Support planning, prioritization, functional and technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Create and groom user stories while partnering with delivery teams on implementation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support ongoing production enhancements and fixes.
• Coordinate system testing and UAT, track issues through resolution, and secure end-user acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, implementation consultant, or solutions architect supporting the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years of experience with declarative Salesforce development and administration.
• Experience designing and supporting complex small- to medium-scale Salesforce solutions and associated ecosystems.
• Knowledge of unit, functional, and user acceptance testing, including test plan creation and execution.
• Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, multitasking, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Business Analyst certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
