TL;DR
Senior Lead Salesforce Business System Analyst (Salesforce): Leading business analysis across concurrent Salesforce programs, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare, with an accent on process improvement, declarative configuration, data governance, and AI strategy. Focus on defining requirements, validating Salesforce solutions, supporting Data Cloud initiatives, evaluating Einstein and Agentforce investments, and coordinating UAT and deployment readiness.
Location: Remote within the United States; availability during Pacific Time business hours. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. C2C is not available.

What you will do
- Lead business analysis across multiple Salesforce programs and projects, facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
- Document current- and future-state processes, user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.
- Evaluate solution options with architects and delivery teams, promoting configuration-first Salesforce solutions and assessing business value, scalability, supportability, and total cost of ownership.
- Support implementations through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare using Flows, reports, dashboards, page layouts, and security controls.
- Lead UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Partner with data and integration teams on interfaces, migrations, data quality, field mapping, Data Cloud initiatives, and practical Salesforce AI use cases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience, including 5+ years working directly with Salesforce.
- Experience leading analysis across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects and partnering with external systems integrators.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with declarative configuration, including Flow, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, data mapping, data governance, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, requirements leadership, analytical, communication, and commercial evaluation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360, Field Service, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or quote-to-cash processes.
- Background in licensing, contract management, retail operations, CRM transformation, consulting, systems integration, or internal business applications.
- Experience evaluating Salesforce AI investments, licensing models, consumption costs, ROI, and organizational readiness.
