Senior Manager AI Solutions Architecture (AI)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office

Salary: CAD 131,000–164,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of AI Solutions Architects and Engineers.
• Define the strategy, vision, roadmap, and portfolio for internal AI solutions.
• Design and deliver AI and GenAI solutions from prototypes through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Embed RAG, copilots, agents, summarization, and classification into ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems.
• Advise senior and executive stakeholders on business value, KPIs, and ROI for AI initiatives.
• Drive responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, regulatory compliance, documentation, workshops, and AI literacy.

Requirements

• Hands-on player-coach experience with coding, prototypes, reference implementations, and complex technical problem solving.
• Experience building, leading, hiring, and developing technical teams, including performance and career management.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agents and workflows, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Strong IT platform engineering experience with Atlassian, Microsoft 365/Azure, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience integrating AI into CRM, ERP, BI, and other business platforms through APIs and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, with production deployments.
• Ability to own AI strategy and roadmaps while managing stakeholder expectations, KPIs, ROI, security, compliance, and responsible AI.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling an internal AI or AI enablement function in a global SaaS or large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management, experiment tracking, evaluation, drift monitoring, containers, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to classical machine learning, analytics, scikit-learn, and dashboards.
