Engineering Recruiter

Location: Hybrid schedule based in San Francisco, New York, or Denver, with four days in the office and one day working remotely

Estimated starting annual salary: $135,000–$175,000 USD, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for individual contributor and leadership engineering roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop aligned recruiting strategies.
• Build engineering talent pipelines and top-of-funnel strategies.
• Optimize recruiting processes and lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated success building pipelines and developing top-of-funnel strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to inform hiring tactics and strategies.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and persistent approach.
