Senior Global Recruiter

Location: Fully remote; open to candidates in EMEA, Canada, or the US East Coast, with required working-day overlap across EMEA and North America in UTC +2 / -5 time zones.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced and senior roles across Product, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, and customer-facing teams.
• Partner with senior hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate requirements, design assessment approaches, and provide evidence-based market guidance.
• Build global talent pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals, and talent pools across EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
• Manage candidate experience from initial conversation through offer, including clear communication and feedback.
• Run recruiting operations independently in Ashby, including scheduling, pipeline management, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Use AI, automation, sourcing tools, interview intelligence, ATS agents, and workflows to improve recruiting productivity.

Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting experienced and senior hires in-house or as an embedded senior recruiter.
• Strong experience hiring for Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; Product hiring experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrated multi-region recruiting experience across EMEA and the Americas, including knowledge of compensation norms, notice periods, and candidate expectations.
• Ability to own recruiting searches end to end without sourcing or coordinator support, while managing multiple time zones.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or an equivalent ATS, including pipeline management, reporting, and data hygiene.
• Credibility to advise and challenge directors and VPs, plus current practical use of AI or automation in recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and async communication, accountability in a remote-first environment, and fluency in written and spoken English.
