Analog Layout Design Engineer (Analog/Mixed-Signal IC)

What you will do

• Lead and execute layout design for digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Collaborate with circuit designers to define requirements, constraints, and performance targets.
• Plan and manage layout schedules, resources, and project deliverables.
• Perform floorplanning, placement, and routing while optimizing area, performance, and manufacturability.
• Conduct physical verification, including DRC, LVS, ERC, and RV.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior layout engineers, and coordinate with foundry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC layout design.
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Graphics.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit topologies and layout sensitivities, including matching, parasitics, noise, and shielding.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
