Head of Strategic Partnerships (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Map the fintech and payments landscape to identify and prioritize high-value partnership categories.
• Build commercial proposals and business cases from scratch, defining models and sizing opportunities.
• Orchestrate internal collaboration with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to bring complex deals to life.
• Originate and manage flagship partnerships at the C-suite level through their full lifecycle.
• Convert successful partnership models into scalable playbooks for Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience building commercial strategies or partnership models from scratch in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial modeling skills with the ability to stress-test complex structures.
• Confidence operating at the C-suite level and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated or technically intricate spaces such as credit, lending, or payments.
• Degree in a quantitative, analytical, or commercial discipline (STEM, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business).
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Background in strategy or management consulting.
• Prior experience in 0-to-1 strategy roles at a fintech or platform business.
• Familiarity with embedded finance or financial infrastructure licensing.
• Proficiency in a second European language.
