TL;DR

Business Development and Partnerships Director (Digital Assets): Building and scaling partner programs for hirify.global's digital assets initiatives with an accent on securing clients, defining mutual success criteria, and orchestrating concept-to-production execution. Focus on converting early feedback into repeatable playbooks, leading negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery in a complex financial environment.

Location: New York City, hybrid (at least 3 days a week in office). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $112,000–$207,000 (base pay) plus annual bonus/commission and equity.

What you will do

  • Manage and lead cross-functional digital assets initiatives across hirify.global.
  • Lead negotiations with external partners and ecosystem participants.
  • Build a pipeline of customers and partners, and close agreements.
  • Define mutual success criteria and create repeatable design partner playbooks.
  • Convert customer insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
  • Orchestrate concept-to-production execution with various internal teams.
  • Build sales enablement and refine launch plans for general availability.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, solutions, or customer success in fintech, capital markets, crypto, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Must have experience in the digital assets space.
  • Demonstrated success securing strategic partners and converting pilots to scaled programs.
  • Strong product orientation and ability to partner effectively with Engineering.
  • Comfort with blockchain and market infrastructure concepts.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating security/compliance reviews.
  • Background in implementation, solutions engineering, or product-led partnerships.
  • Familiarity with institutional buyer personas and procurement cycles.
