What you will do
- Manage and lead cross-functional digital assets initiatives across hirify.global.
- Lead negotiations with external partners and ecosystem participants.
- Build a pipeline of customers and partners, and close agreements.
- Define mutual success criteria and create repeatable design partner playbooks.
- Convert customer insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
- Orchestrate concept-to-production execution with various internal teams.
- Build sales enablement and refine launch plans for general availability.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, solutions, or customer success in fintech, capital markets, crypto, payments, or enterprise SaaS.
- Must have experience in the digital assets space.
- Demonstrated success securing strategic partners and converting pilots to scaled programs.
- Strong product orientation and ability to partner effectively with Engineering.
- Comfort with blockchain and market infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating security/compliance reviews.
- Background in implementation, solutions engineering, or product-led partnerships.
- Familiarity with institutional buyer personas and procurement cycles.
