What you will do

• Define and evolve architectural patterns and engineering standards across multiple product areas.
• Lead the design of complex cross-cutting systems and integrations.
• Ensure security, technical consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability across the software portfolio.
• Identify architectural risks, research frameworks and tools, and prototype solutions for high-complexity or high-uncertainty initiatives.
• Resolve systemic technical challenges beyond the scope of individual product teams and reduce long-term technical debt.
• Mentor senior developers, facilitate design reviews, and advise engineering and product leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive professional software development experience, including senior-level or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across teams and owning major architectural decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in backend, frontend, data, and integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of scalability, distributed systems, security principles, and performance optimization.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled tools critically, validate their outputs, and align them with engineering standards.
