Senior Software Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Own and evolve platform architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Design systems with engineering and product teams, balancing delivery speed with long-term flexibility.
• Lead technical decisions involving performance, cost, and complexity trade-offs.
• Translate ambiguous business and product needs into technical approaches and system designs.
• Identify architectural gaps, technical debt, and scaling bottlenecks, then drive solutions.
• Evaluate and apply AI tools, frameworks, and workflows across product development and internal engineering.

Requirements

• 20+ years of software engineering experience with deep system design and architecture expertise.
• Proven experience designing and evolving distributed or highly scalable systems.
• Broad AWS cloud architecture experience, including complex data plane and control plane systems.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and cloud services.
• Ability to work deeply on technical problems while influencing broadly across teams.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, with strong communication skills.
