Talent Attraction Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico — hybrid work model. Regular office presence is expected, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, passive sourcing, and other modern recruiting techniques to build talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and use data to guide decisions.
• Strengthen employer branding, support recruitment marketing, and organize recruitment events.
• Partner with people partners and hiring managers while ensuring inclusive and compliant hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Working proficiency in English is required.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, passive sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Analytical mindset, recruitment metrics experience, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with employer branding initiatives.
• Interest or experience using AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
• Portuguese language skills or interest in learning Portuguese.
