What you will do

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis for the assigned business unit.
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline, evaluate investments, and track operational KPIs.
• Build driver-based financial models across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Lead pricing analysis, customer and product profitability reviews, and unit economics assessments.
• Support local finance operations including statutory requirements, audit support, tax matters, and transfer pricing.
• Coach analysts and mentor junior team members to build a strong finance organization.

Requirements

• CPA, CFA, or MBA required.
• 10–15 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Technology industry experience or engineering degree combined with an MBA.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a startup environment and build processes from scratch.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Ability to influence senior business leaders through data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, hardware, semiconductor, or FMCG industries.
• Manufacturing cost accounting exposure.
• US MNC experience as a controller or senior finance leader.
