Insurance Sales Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote, available to full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. The role offers a choice of a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions. The most successful team members typically earn $100,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking personal-lines auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Educate customers about policy coverage, pricing, and available options.
• Prepare and bind insurance quotes through a network of more than 55 carrier partners.
• Resolve customer issues and handle objections to remove barriers to purchase.
• Maintain attentive, high-energy conversations while matching customers with suitable coverage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping customers.
• Must currently reside in one of the approved U.S. states for full-time hourly employees: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
