Digital Insurance Agent (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, and WA

Base salary: $40,000–$53,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess customer insurance needs through a consultative sales approach.
• Recommend tailored solutions across multiple insurance carriers and products.
• Maintain insurance product expertise through continuing education, training, and self-study.
• Achieve and exceed production targets while supporting individual and organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory guidelines and maintain high ethical standards.
• Provide insights to improve insurance products and customer-facing processes.

Requirements

• A valid state-issued insurance license is required.
• Experience with consultative selling in a high-volume sales center.
• Experience selling insurance in a multi-carrier, multi-product environment.
• At least 2 years of auto and home insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, reliability, and confidence acting as an insurance authority.
• Ability to work from home in an approved US state with a quiet, professional environment and reliable high-speed internet.
