Product Marketing & Content Associate (AI)

Location: On-site in downtown San Francisco, with 3+ days per week in the office

hirify.global provides an AI-native access platform for real-time visibility, policy-as-code, and control over identities including employees, service accounts, and AI agents.

What you will do

• Build an AI-powered content engine with automations and repeatable workflows.
• Own social media presence, daily engagement, campaigns, and platform-native storytelling.
• Create short-form video for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including product clips, executive content, and event moments.
• Turn product updates and launches into blogs, social posts, and screen-recording walkthroughs in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop thought leadership, ghostwrite for marketing leadership and executives, and run the monthly newsletter, website updates, SEO, and AEO.
• Support PR, customer stories, analyst relations, partnerships, webinars, events, podcasts, influencer relationships, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt both personal and brand voice.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video, on camera or behind the camera, with an understanding of platform-specific formats.
• Daily practical fluency with AI tools and a preference for automation over manual execution.
• Comfort working at an always-on pace with multiple concurrent deliverables.
• Willingness to work in person in downtown San Francisco at least 3 days per week.
