Social Media Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Create a consistent weekly content cadence including POV pieces, product value, and research packaging.
• Ghostwrite for the CEO, CTO, and other technical leaders to establish a strong brand voice.
• Produce and edit visual content including short videos, carousels, and explainers.
• Manage influencer and practitioner collaborations to reach enterprise security audiences.
• Translate complex threat research and product insights into marketable, accurate narratives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-5+ years of experience in social or content roles within B2B tech, preferably cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of growing organic engagement with enterprise audiences.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop a point of view without fluff.
• Strong production ability to create polished assets or manage external contractors.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders to translate complex topics.

Nice to have

• Experience running B2B influencer programs.
• Background in packaging research, threat reports, or original analysis.
• Familiarity with brand safety and compliance concerns in cybersecurity.
