Technical Sourcer

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the New York City office

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 base annually, depending on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and Engineering leaders to define technical hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage passive Engineering candidates across frontend, backend, full stack, infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI/ML disciplines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, technical communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Build talent maps and pipelines for current and future Engineering hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification while communicating the company’s mission, technology, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate ATS pipelines, track sourcing metrics, and improve response and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience sourcing technical talent.
• Demonstrated success identifying and engaging highly sought-after passive Engineering candidates.
• Strong understanding of Engineering profiles, technical environments, experience, scope, and career trajectory.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
• Strong written communication, organization, persistence, and ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines.
• Ability to occasionally support Commercial and G&A searches while maintaining a primary focus on Engineering.
