Director of Professional Services

Location: Hybrid in the Boston area or remote from Eastern/Central USA

Salary: $220,000–$300,000 USD OTE annually, including base and variable compensation

What you will do

• Lead the North America Professional Services organization and execute a customer-centric services strategy.
• Oversee project scoping and delivery, customer onboarding, program management, training, consulting, and resource management.
• Drive repeatable and scalable services through packaged offerings, pricing, playbooks, architectural practices, and training.
• Manage forecasting for bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization, including the Services P&L.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and systems integrators across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Recruit, develop, and scale a high-performing Professional Services team while coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Organization leaders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Professional Services leadership experience, including building and scaling successful teams in a global environment.
• Experience in software or data management is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience scaling Services organizations, packaging repeatable offerings, and aligning with go-to-market functions.
• Experience collaborating with partners and systems integrators, with strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in the software or data management space.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
