Location: El Segundo, California, United States
Salary: $100,000β$120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentive plans

What you will do
- Operate and continuously improve the developer portal, including onboarding, API key management, documentation, SDK access controls, and developer lifecycle management.
- Oversee the Youth Developer Program with age-appropriate access, educational content, and mentorship pathways.
- Provide technical guidance across use-case definition, solution architecture, SDK/API integration, debugging, and application deployment.
- Manage Developer Lab operations, including robot hardware leasing logistics, facility scheduling, safety compliance, and partner coordination.
- Support developer hardware commercialization, demonstrations, API releases, SDK updates, and partnership programs.
- Maintain operational records and produce KPI dashboards and ecosystem health reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in developer relations, platform operations, technical program management, developer advocacy, or a related role.
- Understanding of API ecosystems, SDK workflows, developer portals, and software development best practices.
- Ability to read and contextualize code in at least one language, such as Python or Node.
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, documentation, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with robotics, AI, IoT, or hardware developer platforms.
- Experience managing developer communities, open-platform ecosystems, hackathons, or youth STEM initiatives.
- Background in robotics hardware, embedded systems, consumer intelligent hardware, or embodied AI.
- Experience operating physical labs or makerspaces, including hardware leasing or equipment sales.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Postman, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
