Salary: $130,600–$192,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Build clear-to-build (CTB) models covering commodities from fasteners through complete robots.
• Create demand and supply planning models and track sourcing strategy performance.
• Investigate supply chain issues, break down problems, and drive cross-functional teams toward results.
• Maintain material readiness, inventory, and excess and obsolescence data across supplier, manufacturing, and deployment sites.
• Provide strategic recommendations as material and deployment needs evolve.
• Work hands-on with engineers and business leaders to support commercialization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of materials readiness experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, or AI projects.
• MBA or a master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Significant experience with CTB processes involving vendors in relevant hardware, robotics, autonomy, or AI industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leading and organizing cross-functional efforts.
• Sharp attention to detail and willingness to handle tasks of varying scope.
