DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $80K–$120K annual base salary, depending on experience

What you will do

• Operate multi-tenant production deployments, monitoring, releases, and incident response.
• Rebuild CPA IT infrastructure into a standardized platform covering identity, endpoints, networking, and file storage.
• Integrate newly acquired accounting firms by migrating users and data while maintaining compliance and security.
• Support engineering with deployments, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation.
• Work with the Head of Engineering and gradually take ownership of infrastructure design and architecture.

Requirements

• Production experience operating AWS infrastructure, including VPC, IAM, EC2, ECS or EKS, and RDS.
• Experience with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure as code, Linux, and Python or Bash scripting.
• Practical IT generalist knowledge covering identity providers, endpoint management, networking, and workplace infrastructure.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar tools and technologies quickly.
• Strong ownership of incident resolution and automation of manual work.
• Comfort working closely with a hands-on engineering lead.
