Manager, Revenue Accounting (SaaS)

What you will do

• Review non-standard contracts and document revenue recognition conclusions under ASC 606.
• Lead revenue-related month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Partner with system teams to improve NetSuite ARM utilization, process efficiency, and revenue accuracy.
• Identify automation opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks across revenue recognition and close processes.
• Collaborate with revenue operations, pricing, and product teams on Standalone Selling Price studies.
• Support M&A revenue integration, policy updates, external audits, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, subscription, or marketplace environments.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ARM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CPA designation.
• Experience with M&A revenue integration or purchase accounting.
