Senior Scheduler Remote (Portuguese Fluency Required)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include New York, Chicago, Dallas, Lansdale, and Boston.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the Critical Path Method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through Work Breakdown Structures.
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and interdependencies between project partners.
• Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with quantitative risk assessment and communicating findings to key partners.
• Experience working on hyperscale data center projects or similar projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Professional-level fluency in Portuguese.
• Working experience with P6.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
