Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Consolidate data from multiple source systems for standard monthly operational reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly SSOT and Flash reporting packages for leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to analyze drivers, trends, variances, forecasts, plans, and partner program performance.
• Reconcile data across systems and reports and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Support monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes with Finance & Analytics colleagues.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis, turning data into clear decision-making insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience consolidating and aggregating data for financial or operational reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with FP&A or reporting software such as Planful.
• Familiarity with SQL or data platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience in higher education, ed-tech, or a related industry.
