What you will do
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date financial reports.
- Explain variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage data consolidation and queries in Oracle HFM/Essbase or similar EPM systems.
- Build and maintain Excel financial models for business cases, trend analysis, and departmental performance tracking.
- Improve financial reporting and data collection processes and present findings to non-finance partners.
Requirements
- Experience supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Ability to prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
- Experience with Oracle HFM/Essbase or similar EPM systems.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Must be located in the United States.
