Product Delivery Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States; candidates must live within commuting distance of the SoHo office. NYC-based employees work from the office three days per week, including Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $95,000–$140,000 annual US salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle customer implementations, including requirements, configuration, integrations, and delivery planning.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, network partners, and issuer partners across multiple project streams.
• Remove blockers, assess implementation risks, and drive projects toward measurable outcomes and faster time to revenue.
• Execute and support technical setup, system integrations, and network or issuer deliverables.
• Build customer relationships and provide product and domain expertise across card issuance and processing.
• Identify workflow improvements and develop scalable operational processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, card issuance, or financial services technology.
• Experience in program management, technical implementations, solutions architecture, or comparable customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong project and program management skills, including risk identification and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, technical concepts, and translating technical information into business language.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be located within commuting distance of the NYC SoHo office; visa sponsorship or assistance is not available.
