Location: New York, New York, United States. This is a hybrid role for NYC-based employees, requiring three days a week in the SoHo office. Remote work is allowed for 4 weeks each year.

Salary: $95,000 – $140,000 + equity

• Drive full-cycle customer implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Actively manage implementation progress by removing blockers and executing project plans efficiently.
• Proactively evaluate customer challenges and risks, applying problem-solving skills to optimize integrations.
• Execute and support technical deliverables and integrations with network and issuer partners.
• Provide domain expertise in card issuance and processing, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Become a hirify.global product expert, articulating platform capabilities with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, Solutions Architecture, or comparable customer-facing roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in FinTech, particularly in payments, card issuance, or financial services technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical information for various stakeholders.
• Strong product sense, concept explanation, and technical acumen, with familiarity with APIs.
• Strong project/program management experience, managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of system integrations and technical concepts.
• Customer-focused mindset, passionate about problem-solving and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
