Sr Program Manager, Client Delivery (SaaS)

Location: US - Remote

Base annual salary: $155,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead multi-year, multi-workstream carrier implementation programs from solution design handoff through go-live and transition to managed services.
• Build integrated plans covering epics, milestones, dependencies, resources, configuration, integrations, forms, data migration, and vendor deliverables.
• Manage schedule, scope, budget, forecasts, change orders, risks, dependencies, RAID and query logs.
• Coordinate Scrum Masters, business analysts, engineering, QA, product, support, carriers, and third-party vendors.
• Own client reporting, status meetings, dashboards, documentation, success metrics, and executive steering committee materials.
• Lead acceptance readiness, UAT planning, migration readiness, cutover, go/no-go decisions, hypercare, and managed-services handoff.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of project delivery experience in SaaS or insurtech, including complex client engagements.
• Experience leading multi-year engagements valued up to $10M with accountability for budget, margin-relevant hours, forecasting, and change orders.
• Experience managing two or more concurrent workstreams under one integrated plan.
• Strong financial, scope, change-control, RAID, UAT, cutover, and go-live management experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams, Scrum Masters, executive communication, steering committees, and Jira or similar tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; CSM or SAFe certification is recommended.

Nice to have

• Enterprise insurance SaaS, life insurance, annuities, or broader financial-services experience.
• Knowledge of carrier systems of record, ACORD standards, e-signature, forms workflows, platform upgrades, or legacy migrations.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for status reporting, meeting notes, or risk tracking.
